Is there an age requirement?

Renters and any additional drivers must be at least 21 years of age with valid driver’s license and full coverage insurance on his or her personal vehicle in their own name.

How does Insurance work?

All renters must carry full coverage insurance to be eligible for a rental. Almost all insurance providers will transfer your current coverage from your vehicle to our vehicle regardless of the model/year of your car.   We will verify each renters insurance in order to guarantee a reservation. ExoticFLRentals does not sell or provide any rental insurance packages.  In the event of any other loss or damage to the car, regardless of fault, your financial responsibility extends to the full value of the car at the time of rental, less its salvage value, plus expenses for towing, storage impound fees, an administrative fee and a reasonable charge for loss of use.   Your responsibility for theft of the car shall not exceed the reasonable costs incurred by ExoticFLRentals for loss due to theft up to its fair market value, if it is established that you or any authorized operator failed to exercise reasonable care or aided or abetted in the theft.

Question 3

Is a vaild drivers license required?

Yes! An acceptable valid driver’s license issued in your state of residence must be presented at the time of rental.   The driver’s license must be valid for the entire rental period. If the driver’s license is in a language other than English an international driver’s permit is recommended and must be accompanied by a valid driver’s license issued from your home country, you will not be allowed to rent with only an international driver’s permit.   The renters driving license country MUST match the point of sale of the product reserved, if not the correct point of sale product will be applied at time of rental which may occur additional charges.

Is there a delivery & return service available?

Yes! ExoticFLRentals offers multiple vehicle delivery options. You are welcome to Pick up the vehicle from one of our local office in Miami. Alternatively, we offer delivery and return services throughout South Florida. Contact us for delivery rates to your desired location.

Question 5

Is smoking allowed?

Accepted Answer

All vehicles in the ExoticFLRentals fleet are considered non smoking rental cars. Cleaning fees will be charged if a vehicle is returned in a condition where it needs to be cleaned and deodorized due to being smoked in. Smoking in any ExoticFLRentals vehicle(s) may also result to loss of rental deposit.

Question 6

Can we travel outside of South Florida?

ExoticFLRentals vehicles must not be driven outside of Floirda without prior approval.

Question 7

What forms of payment are accepted?

Accepted Answer

ExoticFLRentals accepts the following form of payments: Cash, Zelle/Quickpay & most major credit/charge cards.   Acceptable charge cards include American Express / MasterCard / Discover & Visa Credit cards must have the available credit for the estimated amount of rental charges plus the security deposit in order to secure the rental.   Please note that at the time of rental, you will need to present 1) A current driver license, 2) A valid credit or charge card in the renter’s name and 3) Proof of full coverage insurance. (Note: A confirmation of your reservation does not mean that your debit/check card is acceptable to ExoticFLRentals).
